The first league competition in Scotland took place in 1890-91. Since then, as of 2005-06, there have been 125 seasons of Scottish football competition. There are currently four divisions at the top of Scottish football, the highest of which is the Scottish Premier League. The Scottish League is currently sponsored by the Bank of Scotland.

- Lewis gets Coaching chance in the USA Russell Lewis, 24 of Bristol ENGLAND has been hired to coach LYSA. The highly rated coach has shown that his coaching skills can help improve any club that he seems to work with.
Russell lewis has been approached by a number of top clubs, but has choosen to keep out of the media lime light for the time being.
